Enkosi Camagu

Born in Mdantsane, East London, Enkosi Camagu was raised in a home filled with music, joy, and deep spiritual roots. His passion for music was sparked at the age of six while listening to praise and worship at his father's church. It wasn't long before he joined the church choir, a space that nurtured his natural talent and deepened his connection to music.

Enkosi's sound is a soulful tapestry woven with themes of hope, resilience, love, and self-discovery. Drawing from his own life — growing up in poverty, and raised by a single mother — his music offers an intimate front-row seat into his emotional journey. Every lyric reflects the trials, triumphs, and transformation of a young man determined to rise above his circumstances.

He has worked on numerous music projects and is an active member of ArtWorks, an artist development organization committed to nurturing creative talent. Recently, he signed a recording deal with LeKasi Records, marking a significant step forward in his professional career.

With a voice that resonates and lyrics that heal, Enkosi Camagu isn't just making music — he's crafting a movement. Guided by his faith and love for God, he writes to uplift, to unify, and to remind others that their stories matter.
